Vegitarian

So i've decided after months of deliberation that i would try my hand at vegetarianism. I have a few Vegan friend's and im hoping that ill be able to go down that path but i'm going to go slow at the start. I don't really eat meat anyway, usually if i was going to eat meat it would be abit of chicken or a tiny bit of bacon in my boscaiola. Well NO MORE! i'm going to cut it out completely and see how i go.

I really just want to embrace a more holistic and healthier approach to food. Which also means cutting out sweets and processed foods etc. I think it would make me feel much better on the inside and on the outside. I've been taking fish oil tablets as well because it's supposed to help with brain function and all over good health.

My mum gave me liver detox tablets too, but im scared to take them because last time i took one for the first time i ended up getting terrible cramps, however my mum swears by them saying it's so good for you, helps with digestion and keeps te skin nice. I don't know maybe ill pluck up the courage and try them again. Ill let you know how i go!

 One thing i can tell you is that i've been drinking warm lemon water (squeezed with a fresh lemon) every morning for a couple of months now and that is so good for you! It's sort of like a detox as well and helps you lose weight and clear your skin. My friend at work wrinkles her nose in disgust when she see's my lemon water but i promise its not as bad as it seems.

 I've also cut out soft drinks and milk (i only drink milk on occasion i usually stick with soy or almond) because of all the hormones in milk can make you break out too if your susceptible to it- which i'am! I stick to green tea, water and fresh juices. I think having a soft drink every once in awhile is ok though.
